All of our table bases are manufactured in our metal workshop. In the first step of the production process, we receive the raw parts—such as shaped tubes and metal profiles—that have been specially selected to meet our requirements. A thorough inspection of the delivered parts is crucial to ensure they meet the required standards and are free of defects. Our experienced metal fabricators verify the exact dimensions and specifications to ensure the parts meet the requirements of our table designs. Only if the parts meet our strict quality standards are they used in the subsequent stages of production. We value the expertise and craftsmanship of our metal fabricators, who help ensure that our tables are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and durable.
In the next step of the manufacturing process, the individual parts are welded together in the metal workshop to form a base frame for the table project. Our highly qualified welders draw on their expertise and experience to join the individual components together with precision. Using welding equipment and specialised welding techniques, they ensure that the welds are stable, robust, and visually appealing. Through precise alignment and careful welding, the metal fabricators ensure that the base frame possesses the necessary stability and load-bearing capacity. The welds are smooth and even to ensure a harmonious appearance. Welding the parts together in the metal workshop is a crucial step in ensuring that our tables have a solid and stable base.
After the base frame is welded together in the metal workshop, the metal undergoes surface treatment according to the customer’s specifications. Options include oiling, painting, or powder coating. This protects the metal and gives it the desired appearance. For outdoor use, we also offer hot-dip galvanising. Hot-dip galvanising provides excellent corrosion protection and is particularly suitable for tables that are exposed to the elements outdoors. The surface treatment ensures that the base frame is not only functional and stable but also aesthetically pleasing and resistant to external influences. As soon as the base frame is completed in the metal workshop, it is delivered to the woodworking shop to assemble the designer table.
